Walking navigation with Google

Google have added a really useful feature to Street View, now we know that this is something that you either find useful or hate it to bits. However, the people that hate Street View are usually embarrassed because the house they live in is not as big as they make out!

Anyway, Street View now features walking navigation, which is great for people on holiday or simply trying to find their way to a venue not visited before.

Here is some info on how to get started on the Google Smart Navigation:
You will need to download an update for the “Street View on Google Maps” app in Android Market separately from Google Maps. Once you update, access Street View just like before: open Maps, search for a place or long-press the map, and choose the Street View option if available.
