It seems that in the UK the users of the Xbox 360 are not worried about spending their hard cash on games. Following a recent survey of Xbox 360 owners aged between 25 and 34 that on average they are spending £64 per month on games. However, the survey also found that thirteen per cent of users who took part in the survey actually spend over a £100 per month!
According to the head of research for data and analytics at Microsoft Advertising, Julie Forey, “Compared against the average male, gamers represent an attractive proposition for marketers,”
She added, “Earning a higher wage, being advocates of premium goods and over half playing for more than three hours each day, this provides firms with a profile from which they can base their message.”
The survey also found that around eighty three per cent of those who part admitted to playing games on the console three to four hour per day!
