Sometimes Product Placement Does Not Work

It seems that sometimes when marketing people have a “Good Idea” it might be sensible to step back and just take a look at the big picture.

This is exactly what did not take place when the advertising firm that owns this billboard on the side of a Co-Operative Funeralcare office, they must have overlooked that the advert was for the Walking Dead.

Some folks see the funny of this accident advertising, while others failed to be amused and the complaints rolled in.

According to a spokesperson for Clear Channel, the advertising firm behind the mishap, they said, ‘Clear Channel apologises for any offence caused by the  unfortunate juxtaposition of this advertisement, which was certainly not intended. We  arranged to have it removed right away and it has since come down.’
