No Internet Blame The Bears

Living in a rural areas and relying on a reliable broadband connection can sometimes be testing to say the least, but it cannot be as bad as the issue that residents in Idaho are facing. For they have been told that the issues of the internet being unavailable from time to time, is nothing to do with the internet service provider, it is the bears! However, just out of interest, Idaho has the slowest internet speeds in the US with an average 318 kbps, the fastest is Rhode Island with 894 kbps.

According to an Idaho Resident Barry Ramsay he said to the New York Times;

They said that bears had been rubbing against the towers. In this mountainous state, where some connections depend on line of sight, even snow and fog can disrupt the signals.
