Apple’s Convent Garden Store Raided

In a scene that could well be from a movie, the Apple Flagship store in Covent Garden, London had a window smashed allowing up to seven raiders to get away with thousands of pounds worth of iPads and other Apple products. Two people have been arrested after being found in possession of goods believed to be from the store.

According to DS Nathan Tozer of Westminster CID he said;

‘Although two men are in custody on suspicion of burglary, the inquiry continues and other persons are sought.’

‘It is essential that anyone who saw the smash-and-grab, or the suspects making off, contacts us as soon as possible.’
