Currently there are serious concerns on how large firms are handling the massive amounts of data that they accumulate on us all. Google have recently made changes to its policies so that the data is combined right across its wide range of services.

The other main contender in this matter is of course Facebook! They handle tons of data that we simply hand over to them and now that they are looking at an IPO, there will be more pressure than ever on them to make the most of the 800 million users.

So what about this privacy concern, one of the best ways would be to learn from the past and as it happens Frugal Dad has come up with an interesting info graphic that does just that. It looks at past issues and how users can help themselves by changing passwords etc.
