Fabulous Water Art At Osaka Station

When you have a public place that requires something that residents, commuters and visitors will enjoy, you are faced with a choice of either art, water feature or if all fails then some sort clock would do.

However, when faced with this decision for the main line train  station serving the Japanese city of Osaka, those decision makers clearly could come to an overall decision and so it seems have decided to go for all three in one cool feature.

This is a clock, that uses a dot matrix system to not only produce the time, but it can also be programmed to display information and interesting patterns too.
