With Apple planning its much awaited TV, there has been some confusion over the devices name. Initially it was thought that it would be called the iTV, but as ITV is an established brand in the UK, there could be some legal issues with that name. So it seems that the Apple television could end up being called the iPanel. This would suit Apple as the device is much more than just a TV and it avoids any legal issues in the process.
According to the official biography of the Apple co-founder and former CEO;
“I’d like to create an integrated television set that is completely easy to use,”
He continued by saying;
“It would be seamlessly synced with all of your devices and with iCloud. It will have the simplest user interface you could imagine. I finally cracked it.”
As far as the actual television goes, it seems that rumours are talking about a 37 inch, 42 inch and even a 50 inch set. No doubt these new devices will follow the design line of the current Apple devices being finished in white and silver much to the Apple fans delight; it must be cool having a ready made market for your products.
