As a Blackberry user, I have to say that the handsets and service have gone down hill from those early days when the Blackberry was a new phone, new system for the new millennium. Now Blackberry users are dropping the service and looking elsewhere for something reliable. So as users switch will Research In Motion (RIM) be able to survive the loss of users and reinvent itself as a proper business service provider?
