Ever since the tablet first hit the stores there have been attempts to make them into netbooks, but this has not always been successful. But the Brydge looks like it may have succeeded, this is because once the iPad has been connected to the device it really does turn in it into a netbook, which begs the question why buy a tablet in the first place! Whatever the reason for requiring this transition from tablet to netbook, the Brydge is the one that appears to do this job the best and it looks great too.
These are the details of the Brydge pitch on Kickstarter;
Brydge is an elegant solution to the lack of quality iPad keyboards and accessories currently on the market. Made from aerospace-grade aluminium, with optional stereo speakers, Brydge connects to your iPad using a patent-pending hinge. This click-in hinge allows for close to 180 degrees of iPad positioning and holds your iPad secure.
To get your hands on one these you will need to fork out around £93 ($150) to back this project, but this is for the Brydge with no speakers included.
