Some tablet cases offer a fair amount of protection and no spare battery capacity, while other cases may offer emergency battery with little protection against bumps and scratches. The Tripac case is different because it offers the iPad owner the best of both worlds.
The Tripac case has been designed to protect the iPad where it is most vulnerable around the edges and corners, which is something that many cases miss. Considering that the Tripac is only 7 mm thick, it is surprising that it offers enough power in the spare battery to run the iPad all day long.
The Tripac comes in Black as standard, but will also be available in blue, green and red. The built in 13000 mAh battery requires a one hour charge and will provide the iPad with up to twenty seven hours of power, while through the USB port a Smartphone could be charged fully up to eight times.
The retail price of the Tripac is going to be around $130 or £81, but it can be pre-ordered for a short time from around $99 or £62, which represents a significant saving.
