Just a couple of weeks after the supermarket chain Tesco launch the Hudl tablet, the High Street retailer Argos are looking to compete in this busy market with their own brand of seven inch tablet that they are calling MyTablet! It is actually made by Bush and is supposed to be aimed at the teenage market.
However, this is a tablet that can be used by anyone for a wide range uses, such as gaming, social networking and even catching up with last night’s TV! There are plenty of apps available on Google Play, although a lot of apps will use up a good amount of that 8 GB of internal storage that is available.
If you need some features, this is what the new Argos seven inch tablet has to offer the buyer; You get a seven inch screen with a (169 PPI) LCD display of 1024 x 600 pixel resolution. It is running Google’s Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system and is powered by the 1.6 GHz processor. There is a usable 8 GB of internal storage but it is expandable up to a better 32 GB.
Other features include the built in web camera, its wireless enabled with Bluetooth, 3.5 mm stereo headphone jack, microSD memory card slot, Micro USB, a HDMI out port and depending on usage up to five hours of battery life.
The new seven inch tablet is available from today online and in store at around £100; it comes in silver or pink.
