The XC6 DMSR tough tablet comes with a 10.4 inch screen offering a XGA LED IPS display with a 1024 x 768 of pixel resolutions. It will be running on either Microsoft Windows 8.1 Professional or Windows 7 Professional operating system and it powered by the 4th Gen Intel Core I5-4300U processor providing 1.9 GHz and up to 2.9 GHz with Turbo Boost.
There is up to 256 GB of storage with a couple of SSD Drives and RAID 0.1 options for the fastest data speeds. While there is a standard 4 GB of DDR3L memory with 1600 Mhz and its expandable to 16 GB. Connectivity comes from the 802.11 ac wireless, a 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet and there is the low power Bluetooth 4.0 connections available. To power it in the field there is a full shift battery with up to 8.5 hours of power available. As for the cost of this super tough tablet, they vary and Xplore Technologies are keeping them very close, but from what we can gather, you are looking at around $5,000!
