It’s elementary Sherlock is back

Holmes and Watson are back in series four of Sherlock and the BBC are really going for it despite it being just three episodes they are feature length and full of twists and turns. In episode one there is somebody going around destroying images of the late prime minister Margaret Thatcher. If that is not weird enough there seems to be something up with Mary Watson too. There is much more to this series of Sherlock than meets the eye!

Sherlock waits to see where Moriarty will make his posthumous move. One mysterious case in particular baffles Scotland Yard, but Sherlock is more interested in a seemingly trivial detail. Why is someone destroying images of the late prime minister Margaret Thatcher? Is there a madman on the loose? Or is there a much darker purpose at work? Something with its roots deep in Mary Watson’s past…

The fourth series of Sherlock will be shown on BBC One on New Years Day at 8.30 pm, to keep up with the news, images and trailers check out the Sherlock page on the BBC website. Of course, you do not have to watch Sherlock on the TV, there is always the iPlayer so that you can download it and watch it whenever it suits you.
