This 2D action-platformer—often lovingly referred to as a “Momodora-vania”—is the fourth instalment in the Momodora series, and a true standout in the Metroidvania genre.

    If you’re looking for a challenging, emotionally resonant, and visually stunning experience, then pull up a chair and let’s delve into the cursed Kingdom of Karst.

    A Priestess’s Sombre Journey

    The game follows Kaho, a young priestess from the village of Lun. A spreading curse has gripped the land, and her desperate quest takes her to the once-majestic, now decaying, city of Karst. Her only hope is to seek out the demented Queen, who is believed to be the source of the blight.

    • Dark Souls Storytelling: Much like its ‘Souls-like’ inspirations, the narrative is not delivered through lengthy cutscenes.
