The battle for justice just got a massive power boost from across the Atlantic. Bandai Namco has officially released the first DLC for MY HERO ACADEMIA: All’s Justice, introducing the United States’ Number 1 Pro Hero, Star and Stripe, to the playable roster.
If you’ve been following the My Hero Academia manga or the final seasons of the anime, you know that Star and Stripe (Cathleen Bate) isn’t just another hero—she’s a force of nature. Now, players can take control of her reality-bending powers on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
The Power of “New Order”
What makes Star and Stripe a game-changer for the All’s Justice meta is her unique Quirk, New Order. In the series, she can impose rules on her surroundings by touching an object and calling its name.
In the game, this translates into a devastating and versatile moveset:
Element Shaping: Use her Quirk to manipulate the atmosphere, unleashing massive air-pressure punches.
Devastating Attacks: Her signature “State-of-the-Art Hypersonic Intercontinental Cruise Punch” makes its debut, offering one of the most visually spectacular ultimate moves in the game.
Strategic Synergy: As a 3D arena fighter built around 3-character tag teams, Star and Stripe provides a heavy-hitting “anchor” role that can disrupt even the most seasoned villains.
Ver. 2.00 Update: More Than Just a New Character
The arrival of Star and Stripe coincides with the Version 2.00 update, which brings several quality-of-life improvements and content additions:
Team Up Mission Expansion: New scenarios added to the Virtual Space training mode.
Customisation: Costumes set in character customisation are now reflected across more modes, including “Main Stage” and “Character Memory.”
Stability: Major fixes for network matchmaking and loading times to ensure smoother PvP sessions.
Pricing and Availability
Star and Stripe is available now for individual purchase (approx. £3.99). However, if you already own the Deluxe Edition, Ultimate Edition, or the Season Pass (The Worldwide Star Card), she will be automatically added to your roster after downloading the latest update.
Why This Matters for All’s Justice
Since its launch on February 5, 2026, All’s Justice has aimed to be the definitive MHA gaming experience, covering the climactic Final War arc. By adding Star and Stripe as the first DLC, the developers are signalling that they aren’t holding back on the franchise’s most powerful (and complex) characters.
With four more DLC characters still to come in this Season Pass, the speculation is already heating up. Will we see more international heroes, or perhaps some of the “Full Power” villain variants we’ve seen in the final chapters?
MY HERO ACADEMIA: All’s Justice is out now. Whether you’re a pro hero in the making or a villain looking to reshape the world, Star and Stripe is a must-have addition to your lineup.
