Get ready to bring some “kawaii” to the battlefield! Overwatch has officially announced its most adorable collaboration yet: Hello Kitty & Friends.
Launching on February 10, 2026, as part of the massive “Reign of Talon” soft-reboot (where the game drops the “2” from its title), this crossover brings six iconic Sanrio characters to the hero-shooter lineup.

Juno – Hello Kitty: The space-faring newcomer gets the titular red bow.
Kiriko – Cinnamoroll: A sweet, sky-blue look for everyone’s favourite protector.
Mercy – Pompompurin: Bringing cosy, golden retriever energy to your team’s healer.
D.Va – My Melody: Pink, bunny-eared, and ready to mech-up.
Lucio – Keroppi: Bringing the hops (and the beats) to the frog-themed hero.

Overwatch 2 is constantly evolving, bringing new heroes, maps, and game modes to keep the action fresh and exhilarating. But what if we told you about a hero concept that could truly shake up the meta and add a thrilling new layer of strategy?
Introducing: La Lupa, the Vendetta Hero – a formidable force of nature driven by a thirst for justice and equipped with a unique ability set that blends aggressive melee combat with cunning tactical plays.
Who is La Lupa?
Born into a shadowy organization, La Lupa was a skilled operative until a brutal betrayal left her scarred and seeking vengeance. Now, she stalks the battlefields of Overwatch, a lone wolf with an unbreakable will, her movements as fluid and deadly as her namesake.
Abilities: Embrace the Wild
La Lupa is designed as a close-to-mid range damage dealer, excelling at disrupting enemy formations and singling out high-priority targets.
Primary Fire: “Claw Rake” La Lupa unleashes a rapid flurry of melee claw attacks, dealing moderate damage with each hit. This is her bread and butter for sustained close-quarters combat.
Secondary Fire: “Hunter’s Leap” A short-range targeted leap that allows La Lupa to quickly close distances or escape dangerous situations. Upon landing, she deals a small amount of damage to enemies in a very small radius and briefly slows them, making it easier to follow up with her primary fire. This ability has a relatively short cooldown, encouraging aggressive repositioning.
Ability 1: “Scent of Blood” La Lupa marks a single enemy hero within a medium range. This marked enemy takes increased damage from all sources for a short duration and is briefly highlighted, even through walls (similar to Widowmaker’s ultimate, but for a single target and much shorter duration). This is her ultimate tool for target prioritization and coordinated team focus fire.
Ability 2: “Vendetta Howl” La Lupa emits a piercing howl that buffs her movement speed and attack speed for a short duration. During this time, she gains a small amount of temporary health, making her more resilient during her aggressive pushes. This ability is perfect for initiating a fight or pushing through enemy defenses.
Ultimate: “Lunar Fury” La Lupa transforms, enhancing her physical prowess to an extreme degree. For a moderate duration, her “Claw Rake” attacks gain increased damage and a wider arc, hitting multiple enemies in front of her. Her “Hunter’s Leap” cooldown is significantly reduced, allowing for rapid movement and engagement. Additionally, any enemy she eliminates during Lunar Fury grants her a small burst of healing, rewarding aggressive plays.
Playstyle: A Predator on the Hunt
Playing La Lupa would be all about calculated aggression. You’d be looking for opportunities to flank isolated targets, utilizing “Hunter’s Leap” to close the gap and “Scent of Blood” to ensure they melt quickly under your combined assault and your team’s focus. “Vendetta Howl” would be your go-to for initiating a push or quickly escaping a bad situation.
Her ultimate, “Lunar Fury,” would be a game-changer, allowing her to dive into the heart of the enemy team, causing chaos and picking off squishy targets with unparalleled ferocity. A well-timed “Lunar Fury” could swing the tide of a team fight, especially when combined with a “Scent of Blood” on the enemy healer or damage dealer.

La Lupa brings a unique blend of high-mobility melee damage and tactical target prioritization to Overwatch 2. She would reward skilled players who can manage their cooldowns, identify key targets, and execute precise dives. When it comes to games that have somehow stood the test of time Overwatch has to be one to watch. This game survives because it is constantly updating and brings in new gameplay and characters to spice things up such as Freja. However, during the first mission things will not be going to plan. Players will be able to play as Freja from the 21st of March until the 24th of March before the character arrives on the game in season 16.

It is time once more to rebel against the ordinary and take on the fight for a better world, don’t we all want that in this case the game will take you on a journey into the darkness. Well, this is it the Overwatch 2 x My Hero Academia battle it is the classic good versus evil challenge which is fine but who is who? This game is epic and just keeps getting better and bigger, which is how any good game should be. This is the player’s opportunity to decide whether they want to be the hero or the villain, it is a tricky choice for any player to make. On August the 20th Overwatch 2 Season 12 New Frontiers launches with a new support hero for your team as you enter the arena in ancient Egypt to face off with the God of Death Anubis and then there is the Overwatch 2 Anniversary event.
