    In Tales of the Shire, you aren’t a ranger or a wizard; you’re a Hobbit. After arriving from Bree, you settle into the quaint village of Bywater. Your goal? To help Bywater achieve official village status by doing what Hobbits do best: eating, gardening, and being a good neighbour.

    Key Gameplay Features

    The Art of the Meal: Forget basic crafting; cooking is the heart of the game. You’ll need to balance textures (smooth vs. chunky) and flavours to win over the locals.

    Hobbit Hole Customisation: The decoration system is surprisingly deep. You can move furniture with a grid-free system and even structural elements like archways and ceilings.

    A Slower Pace of Life: From fishing in the ponds to foraging for wild mushrooms, the game encourages you to ignore the “Shadow in the East” and focus on your garden.
