Hot and cold, unleashed in perfect harmony — and faster than ever! Bandai Namco has officially ignited Season 19 of MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE, and the headline addition brings a fan-favourite at the peak of his power: Shoto Todoroki (Phosphor) — a brand-new, distinct playable fighter who has mastered the advanced technique known as Phosphor.
Wielding an evolved form of his legendary Half-Cold Half-Hot Quirk, Shoto joins the fray as a Rapid-type fighter — blending devastating firepower with bone-chilling frost to dominate the battlefield like never before. This isn’t the Shoto you already know: he’s been completely reimagined with a revamped moveset reflecting his power at the height of his abilities.
Master Every Element
- Frozen Body Blade Flash — Hurl razor-sharp ice projectiles that build toward the Frozen status effect, locking enemies in place after repeated hits
- Crimson Lotus Flame Slash — Sweep through foes with a towering blade of flame that inflicts Burn, carving a path through crowded fights
- Jetstream Blaze — Surge forward in a blazing dash, closing gaps instantly and striking with a fiery shock wave
Unleash Phosphor
Activate Flashfire Fist: Phosphor, and everything changes. His abilities transform entirely — unlocking advanced cold-flame techniques such as Coldflame Pale Blade and Great Glacial Aegir, mixing searing heat and glacial cold to freeze enemies from unexpected angles. Projectiles multiply, strikes hit harder, and the battlefield bends to your will.
Speed, Control, Supremacy
Shoto’s enhanced kit is built for total battlefield control: inflict dual status effects, shift between ranged pressure and close-quarters blitz, and reposition in an instant with Ice Slide — letting you skim across the ground, scale walls, and outmanoeuvre opponents before they know what hit them.
Free-to-play MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE pits 24 players against one another in frantic hero-versus-hero combat — and Season 19 also marks the game’s third anniversary, packed with rewards, events, and the arrival of Toya Todoroki alongside Shoto.
Season 19 is live right now — step into the Phosphor blaze and show them what perfect balance can do.
