During today’s PC Gaming Show, award-winning video game developer and publisher Stormind Games officially pulled back the curtain on the third instalment of its acclaimed psychological horror franchise, debuting a terrifying first look at Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy.

A Journey into Terror on the Slopes of Mount Etna
Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy serves as the final chapter in the trilogy, acting as both a standalone story and a direct conclusion to the events of Tormented Fathers and Broken Porcelain.
Set twenty years after the original game, the story follows Susan (voiced by BAFTA winner Cissy Jones) on a desperate search for her missing daughter, Agata. Following a mysterious audio recording, Susan’s quest leads her to a decaying noble estate isolated on the eerie slopes of Mount Etna. What follows is an intense descent into madness, where family secrets, memory distortion, and obsessive horrors collide.

What’s New in Red Nun’s Legacy?
Stormind Games is pulling out all the stops to make this the most atmospheric entry yet. The trailer highlighted several key features that will test both your reflexes and your sanity:
- Horrific Stalkers: True to the franchise’s roots, you are the prey. You’ll need to hide, evade, and smartly utilise the environment to escape relentless, terrifying enemies—including the Red Nun herself, voiced by The Game Awards winner Maggie Robertson (Resident Evil Village).
- Hypnosis & Perception Powers: Players will be able to read objects to unlock forgotten memories, manipulate the environment, and reveal hidden passages to solve complex puzzles.
- The Sound of Silence: Horror royalty Akira Yamaoka (Silent Hill) is composing the game’s haunting original soundtrack, ensuring every creak and shadow leaves you on the edge of your seat.
