- Ambush Predator: Liliya excels at surprise attacks. She hides in plain sight among mannequins in her cult compound and uses long-reaching combat to immobilize unsuspecting Reagents, forcing them into a fight for their lives.
A New Trial Environment: The Resort
The sterile walls of Murkoff are traded for the snow-capped opulence of The Resort, a new Trial Environment that sets a bizarre and terrifying stage for your next experiment.
- New Trial: Despoil the Auction: Your mission is to disrupt a VIP auction held in the lavish retreat. The horrifying catch? The product being auctioned is human life. You are the negotiator, but your worth is simply a commodity.
Limited-Time Event: WINTER KILLS Returns
Just in time for the holidays, the chilling WINTER KILLS event is back with a new twist—Permafrost!
- PERMAFROST: Trials now have permanent freezing temperatures. You must locate and use heat sources to stay warm and survive.
- FROST MINES: The traditional gas mines have been replaced by Frost Mines, offering a new environmental hazard.
- COLLECT THE GIFTS: A secondary objective to collect gifts for extra rewards.

Invasion Mode Gets a Massive Overhaul
The recently introduced PvP Invasion Experimental Therapy receives a comprehensive update designed to refine the experience for both Reagents and Imposters.
- New Seasonal Rankings: A brand-new ranking system is here, allowing you to progress and earn unique rewards based on your performance as either a Reagent or an Imposter.
- Imposter Objective Refinement: The Imposter’s primary goal is now focused on disrupting and pressuring Reagents—to “Hurt the Reagents”—rather than solely eliminating them, allowing Imposters to score high even if the Reagents complete the Trial.
- Balance Changes: Significant rebalancing has occurred for both roles, including:
- Imposters now have a reduced life count (2 total lives).
- Reagent attacks (like bricks and stuns) now drain less stamina from Imposters.
- Impulse Rig stamina damage has been reduced across the board to even the playing field.
- Anti-Stalling Measures: New rules will terminate inactive Reagents who try to prolong the Trial, ensuring constant terror.
