    The Lunaria Mechanic: High-Stakes Farming

    The core of SS12 revolves around the mysterious Lunar Stone Statues that have appeared across the Netherrealm. This isn’t just another loot drop; it’s a complete “farming loop” redesign.

    • Lunar Rings: Players will use these special artefacts to awaken the statues.
    • Lunari Creatures: Once awakened, you’ll face off against waves of Lunari enemies. Defeating them drops energy and loot, which in turn allows you to awaken even more powerful statues.
    • Lunar Omens & Rhapsodies: To keep things unpredictable, random events like Lunar Radiance can trigger, spawning golden statues that offer significantly higher rewards for those who can survive the onslaught.

    The “Creation Engine” and Modularisation
