    For years, Delezie has been a looming shadow in DFO lore, known for the “Black Plague” that decimated Noire Ferra. Now, players must dive into the Sunken Depths to confront the Apostle in a climactic battle that serves as the centrepiece of the current season.

    This isn’t a simple “hit the boss until it dies” encounter. The raid introduces a high-tension strategic choice system, emphasising how your party approaches encounters.

    Key Raid Mechanics:

    • The Malefic Energy Gauge: You aren’t just fighting a boss; you’re fighting the clock. If the gauge hits 100%, the raid fails.
    • Plague Reversal (The “Tab” Gimmick): A new tactical layer where players must time their special gauge (activated with the Tab key) to neutralise bosses. Catching a monster when its eyes glow red triggers a massive damage amplification window.
    • Dynamic Island Warfare: Combat takes place across multiple islands (Crimson Mine Village, Sanctuary of Stars, etc.). If a boss destroys an island, the Malefic Energy spikes, forcing teams to constantly rotate and defend.

    • The Deep Night: When the sun sets, the “unseen threat” emerges. Twisted, silent creatures rise from the depths, drawn to the light. Your survival depends entirely on how well you placed your military tiles and fortified your walls during the day.

    Unlike many modern builders that offer a “cosy” escape, ShoreTiles is built on the weight of permanence. There is no undo button. Every tile you lay is a permanent part of your island’s history, meaning a single lapse in judgment during the peaceful daylight hours could lead to total collapse once the fog rolls in.
