    Developer Runes Studio and publisher The Arcade Crew (Drop Duchy, Abyssus) have officially unveiled brand-new footage for Wardens of Avalon, offering gamers a deeper look at its dark Arthurian setting, tactical action RPG combat, and co-op survival mechanics.

    The newly released gameplay footage highlights what players can expect from this top-down, 1–4 player ARPG ahead of its upcoming PC release next year.

    A Fallen Legend and Corrupted Knights

    Set in a grim reimagining of Arthurian lore, Wardens of Avalon thrusts players into a world where the legendary Knights of the Round Table have fallen to corruption, leaving King Arthur’s legacy in ruins. Chosen by Morgan Pendragon herself, you step into the boots of the newly formed Twilight Knights.

    Your mission is simple yet formidable: venture out from the remnants of your keep, purge the land of dark forces, and rebuild Camelot from the ashes.

    Key Features & Gameplay Highlights

    • Classless Combat & Customisation: Ditch rigid character classes. Wardens of Avalon features a flexible progression system that lets you swap oaths, adjust builds, and alter gear on the fly. Equip specialised armour, wield heavy warhammers, and imbue weapons with elemental seals to match your combat style.
    • Intense Tactical Battles: Combat heavily emphasises stamina management, precise parries, and dodges. You will need to learn enemy patterns to survive multi-phase encounters against corrupted legendary bosses.
    • Base-Building & Settlement Management: As you return from perilous dungeon runs with valuable loot, you can expand your fiefdom. Unlocking new districts brings blacksmiths, druids, apothecaries, and herbalists to your settlement, unlocking vital upgrades and new quests.
    • 1–4 Player Co-Op: Reclaim Avalon alone or team up with up to three friends. You can build settlements together, coordinate tactical strategies against boss encounters, and defend your keep from incoming enemy raids.
