Care & Protect detects boiler faults, informs users on how to fix them or who to call, and helps to minimise the outage time of heating systems to guarantee a warm and comfortable home.
The new Care & Protect will be added as a third Skill to the tado° Auto-Assist starting in October this year. The Auto-Assist feature currently includes Geofencing and Open Window Detection. It takes care of the user’s home climate by fully automating the Geofencing and Open Window Detection Skills for even more savings and comfort.
Auto-Assist is bookable in the tado° app with a monthly subscription of £2.99 per month or £24.99 a year and can be cancelled at any time. The new Care & Protect Skill will be available via an app update for all tado° customers using Auto-Assist.
