The time has come for you to build your empire, but this is not on Earth, this is the Galaxy. So as in the old days of empire you will be far from home with little support and hardly any backup, you must stand alone and fight the fearsome Necroids, they are an intelligent but undead species, which makes dealing with them a bit of a hard task.
