Those involved in medicine whether it’s research or practical have one thing that drives them, to help others. So when Dr Morbius falls ill his overwhelming drive is to find a cure not only for himself but for others too. However, while the research looks good there appears to be a side effect the darkness that has been hidden comes to the surface and the once good doctor has now become an evil monster.
