She’s built around a “Downbeat” mechanic, automatically regenerating energy over time and gaining extra charges when teammates inflict Anomalies. Her kit allows her to extend stun durations, making her the ultimate setup character for high-burst teams.

Cissia (S-Rank, Electric, Attack): Representing the Metropolitan Order Division, Cissia is a venom-themed DPS. She enters battle with “Venom” stacks that deal Electric damage over time while boosting her CRIT Rate. Managing her stacks via her EX Special Attack will be key to maximising her “Serpent’s Kiss” burst damage.

New Boss & Tactical Challenges

Keep an eye out for the Black Wolf Romeul. This new boss introduces a Corruptive Barrier, which grants him significant resistance to CRIT and interruption while slowly draining your team’s HP.
