The Phantom Thieves are breaking into the island! Epic Games and Atlus have officially confirmed what fans have been dreaming of: Persona 5 Royal is arriving in Fortnite this week, bringing the beloved Phantom Thieves of Hearts to the battle royale for the very first time.

A Change of Heart Is Coming

Teased with the iconic line — “On September 25, a change of heart is coming” — the crossover launches alongside the Item Shop refresh on September 25, 2026 at 8pm ET / 5pm PT. For UK players, that translates to 1am BST on September 26 — set those alarms!

Who’s Joining the Heist?

Three fan-favourites are stepping through the portal:

• Joker — the leader of the Phantom Thieves, ready to steal the show
• Ann Takamaki — the fiery Panther, bringing style and spirit
• Morgana — everyone’s favourite mysterious cat, appearing as a handy in-game Sprite that boosts healing item effectiveness

You’ll be able to pick up Joker and Ann individually or grab them together in a special Phantom Thieves bundle. Morgana’s Sprite will be available as part of the collaboration too — perfect for keeping you in the fight.

This collaboration lands right in the middle of Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4: Override, which has already lined up an incredible roster of gaming icons — including Kingdom Hearts, Mega Man, Crash Bandicoot, and more — all celebrating the very best of video games.
