Attention, starship captains! Stand by for action: game developer SavySoda has officially revealed an out-of-this-world collaboration bringing the legendary sci-fi classic Thunderbirds directly into the expansive, pixelated universe of Pixel Starships!

Officially licensed by Zoo 55 (part of ITV Studios), this retro-meets-retro crossover event brings Gerry and Sylvia Anderson’s beloved 1965 series straight into deep space. International Rescue is calling all pilots to step up, assemble their dream crew, and thwart another devious scheme hatched by the arch-villain, The Hood.

When added to your crew, the Thunderbirds feature a game-changing passive ability: every single time they repair or attack, they instantly purge all negative status effects from your ship. With these heroes assigned to your rooms, status effects won’t stand a chance against your fleet.

This event marks a major milestone for Pixel Starships, introducing the first-ever collaboration Starbase design.

Thunderbird 5 Starbase: Command and customise the iconic high-orbit space station as your flagship central base.

Thunderbird 2 Ship Hull: Unlock International Rescue’s signature heavy transport vehicle as an operational ship hull to navigate the cosmos.

To top off the event, players can earn and equip exclusive gadgetry and rewards, including the Hover Pack, the Telecall Communicator Beacon, and the all-important Starpoint Percolator (because even space-faring captains need a quality caffeine fix).
