This is a wonderful place to be and as players go further away from the safety of the bases there it seems that there might be alien creatures there after all and maybe not all friendly either. This is one of those games that makes players comfortable and then makes them fight to survive, it might seem to be a nice and friendly place at first, but first impressions are often wrong.
