KRAFTON and creative studio Eleventh Hour Games (EHG) have officially launched Season 5: Rage of the Frostborn for their hit action RPG Last Epoch, bringing new threats, new powers, and a major shift in leadership to one of the genre’s most beloved titles.
Morditas Rises — The Seasonal Challenge
At the heart of Season 5 is Rage of Morditas, a dynamic new encounter that unfolds as you play. From Chapter 2 of the campaign and throughout your Echoes journeys, you’ll discover Blood Crystals — ancient, pulsing remnants of the imprisoned demigod. Activate one, and the hunt begins:

A New Chapter for Last Epoch
Alongside the launch, EHG has announced that Mike Weicker — co-founder and technical game designer since 2017 — has stepped into the role of Game Director. Having shepherded the project through nearly a decade of growth, Weicker takes the reins as the game enters its boldest phase yet.
“We’re building on everything that makes Last Epoch feel like home,” Weicker said. “Season 5 brings the fury — and the players get to decide how hot it burns.”
