The countdown is over — Fallout Day 2026 has officially begun, and Day 1 has delivered exactly what the community has been waiting for: fresh rewards, a brand-new dedicated channel hub, and confirmation that this year’s celebration is all about you.
This isn’t a single broadcast — it’s five days of wasteland joy, running 19–23 October 2026, with something new revealed every single day. Here’s everything that landed on Day 1, and what you can look forward to next.
Big News: @PlayFallout76 Launches — Direct from Devs to You
Fallout 76 has always been shaped by its players — and now there’s an official, direct line from the development team straight to your feed. Day 1 brought the launch of @PlayFallout76 on X, alongside a dedicated Fallout 76 hub on YouTube — the new permanent homes for breaking news, patch notes, PTS updates, developer insights, and community spotlights.
No more digging through mixed feeds or waiting for reposts. Everything from hotfix alerts to deep-dive previews will land here first — and it’s built to listen, too, with polls, fan spotlights, and conversations that help shape what comes next for Appalachia.

Thursday 22 October is shaping up to be the biggest reveal of the week — the team’s first in-depth preview of World Pets, the highly anticipated update that lets your loyal companions adventure alongside you across Appalachia starting December 2026.
Why This Matters
From the moment Vault 76 opened its doors, this community has been the heart of the game.
