The call goes out across Middle-earth — and this time, it arrives in your hands. Premium physical publisher Limited Run Games has officially announced that The Lord of the Rings: War in the North™ – Legacy Edition is receiving a physical release across PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, and Xbox, available in both Standard and Deluxe editions.

A Forgotten Fellowship, Restored

Originally released in 2011 from Snowblind Studios, this action-RPG takes you beyond the main story of the One Ring to the untold battles of Northern Middle-earth. • Up to 3-player online co-op or 2-player local split-screen
• 60 FPS gameplay across supported platforms
• Character hot-swapping, refined targeting, and fresh autosave functionality
• Enhanced UI and gyro control support
• Full visual and performance polish
