Independent Australian studio Qloud Games has officially announced that its eagerly awaited solarpunk life-sim MMO Loftia will arrive in Early Access on November 3, 2026, landing on PC and Mac via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
Revealed originally during the PC Gaming Show, Loftia has been four years in the making — backed by a $1.3 million Kickstarter supported by over 17,000 players, and shaped alongside the community through closed Alpha and Beta playtests.
What Is Loftia?
Loftia is a cosy, optimistic solarpunk world set across a breathtaking archipelago of floating islands — a place where you don’t just survive, you thrive together. There’s no combat, no grinding to dominate — just a beautiful, shared space to build, grow, and care for the world and each other.
